ExpenseBay is easy to set up and will only take a few minutes to get started. During the set up you will be asked to provide your online login credentials for the credit cards you use for business expenses. By doing so you will have your last 30+ days of transactions downloaded, categorized, and displayed properly. ExpenseBay will also create up to four weeks of expense reports for you automatically.

One Person Or the Whole Company

ExpenseBay was designed to support single users or entire organizations. If you want use ExpenseBay but your sales colleagues op to manually fill out their expense reports… no problem.

Fly Under the Radar

Your accounting department is not going to notice the difference in your excel template turned in with ExpenseBay. What they will notice is the amount of money saved by submitting pdf reports instead of using overnight mail to send in receipts. Also, if your company uses an enterprise expense management system like NetSuite or Intacct, ExpenseBay has made our integratation so easy all you need is your username and password – Your IT Department does not need to get involved.
