Submitting your expense reports in ExpenseBay locks down the transaction from being added to any other report. We also will move the report to a submitted folder for you records.

Email Reports To Your Approver

Save money by not shipping your expenses and get reimbursed faster! ExpenseBay allows you to email your expense reports (with all the receipts) via PDF to your approver or accounting department.

Premium Templates

Choose from a variety of Expense Report Templates in our library. When you export your expense reports, ExpenseBay will generate a PDF copy of your template along with all your receipts. We will even digitally sign it for you if you want. Premium templates require a PRO user license.

If you company requires you to turn in a specific template, email us at templates@expensebay.com to have it added.
