• Auto-Import expenses from over 4800 credit and bank cards.

  Choose from 4800 credit and debit cards, securely downloaded every day. Best of all, our technology will categorized and display the expenses properly for your weekly auto-generated expense report or client invoice. Users can delete personal expenses, rename, re-categorize, or add any information about a expense such as Client ID, Attendees, Project, Tag, Billable or Note.

  ExpenseCloud also supports a variety of corporate credit cards with optional features to mark each expense non-reimbursable when imported.

  

• Mobile Expense Apps

  Choice from our iPhone, BlackBerry, or Android mobile phone applications to record cash expenditures, capture mileage, snap pictures of receipts, and edit existing expenses from a credit card import. Editing existing expenses allows a user to capture digital receipts with a camera phone and attached directly to the expense. In addition, any data about the expense can be added, like changing the merchant name, adding project information, who attended, or if the expense was billable. ExpenseCloud mobile apps also allow creating, submitting and approving expenses to a company approver, bookkeeper or to FreshBooks, Intacct Time & Expense and Netsuite Employee Center. • Adding Expenses

  When logged into ExpenseCloud.com you can manually add or edit any expense. ExpenseCloud supports many fields critical to tracking business expense detail like client ID, attendees, notes, projects and if the expense is billable. We even have the ability to synchronize existing project, client and employee information from solutions such as FreshBooks, OpenAir and QuickBooks.

  

• Expense Conversions (Miles, Currency, Hours, Rate Increase)

  Your account allows you to set up predetermined values when entering expenses. For example, you account has been setup for IRS standard mileage reimbursement. All you need to do is enter the number of miles you drove and we'll do the conversion into cash. You can change any of these figures to reflect your company's expense reimbursement policy. ExpenseCloud supports 160 currencies that will be converted to your set currency real-time.
