ExpenseCloud is easy to set up and will only take a few minutes to get started. During the set up you will be asked to provide your online login credentials for the credit cards you use for business expenses. By doing so you will have your last 30+ days of transactions downloaded, categorized, and displayed properly. ExpenseCloud will also create up to four weeks of expense reports for you automatically.
Import transactions from over 4000 credit cards and banks
ExpenseCloud automatically takes your daily credit card transactions, categorizes the data, and places them in the appropriate expense report for that week/month. Users will be able to mark transactions as personal, rename or re-categorize transactions, or add other data about the transaction like Client ID, Attendees, Project, Tag, or Note.
Safe & Secure
ExpenseCloud is a "read-only" service and one way connection. We do not know your credit card numbers and you cannot physically charge, move money, or manipulate your accounts. This makes providing access to your assistants safe.
Automatic Expense Reports
Recurring Reports run weekly or monthly based on the rules you set up. Your reports will be automatically created based on the frequency, category, notes, tags, or client. You can also have expense reports automatically created based on your TripIt itinerary.
Need a report on the fly? ExpenseCloud will allow you to select transactions, dates, projects, or clients and have a report instantly created.
Email Reports To Your Approver
Choose from a variety of Expense Report Templates in our library. When you export your expense reports, ExpenseCloud will generate a PDF with all your receipts. We will even digitally sign it for you if you want.
