The entire expense report process can be completed from ExpenseCloud's iPhone app. Instantly create a new expense report by adding your expenses and receipt images. Expense reports can be sent directly to a company approver or bookkeeper by simply adding a valid email address. ExpenseCloud's iPhone app also supports exporting expense reports directly into FreshBooks, NetSuite and Intacct. If an employee has sent you an expense report to be approved, it can be done instantly from our iPhone app. You will have the ability to view the expense report and any digital receipt attached. Once approved, instantly send the expense report to another approver or bookkeeper.

Sync And Manage Expenses

With our powerful iPhone app, you won't have to wait until you are back to the office to get your expense reports in order. Expenses, newly created expense reports or approved reports are synced automatically with a user's Expensecloud account. This means you don't have to wait to file that expense reimbursement and can do so while on the road!
