With ExpenseCloud, you can upload scanned receipts, email them, or even snap a picture when using our mobile phone applications. You will never have to worry about carrying a wad of receipts in your wallet again or taping receipts to a piece of paper, only to be faxed or mailed off.

Forward email receipts

Chances are you get receipts sent to you via email when you book travel, turn in a rental car, or check out of a hotel. Simply forward the receipt image to receipts@expensecloud.com using the email address you sign in to ExpenseCloud with. We will process them and add them to your receipt folder. Another alternative is attaching a receipt image via any camera-equipped phone and sending an email to receipts@expensecloud.com.

Mobile Applications

One of the best solutions for the mobile professional is our iPhone, Blackberry, and Android applications. Simply log into the app and take a picture of your receipt image. Receipts can be added to a new expense, an existing expense imported from your credit card, or sent directly to the unassigned receipt folder to be attached to the matching expense later.
