Track Expenses By Trips

ExpenseCloud has partnered with TripIt, creating the ability to include air travel itineraries with business transactions.. ExpenseCloud users commented that they relied on TripIt to verify business expenses when turning in an expense report. Many times they would look at the itinerary for expenses they might have missed (like how did I get from point A to Point B). With the integration, ExpenseCloud creates markers between your transactions, showing when you left for a trip and returned.

Generate Trip Reports

With TripIt data integrated, ExpenseCloud users can have their expense reports automatically created to include any transaction or digital receipt that occurred during the trip's date range. Simply select the trip report to your recurring expense reports or create a custom one.

Key Features when adding your Tripit Account:

1. Start and end date markers from each trip are overlaid with the user's business transactions.
2. Recurring Report for TripIt automatically creates a user's expense report once the trip end date occurs. Additional rules can be set up to include or exclude categories or certain types of transactions.
3. Airline tickets purchased out of the TripIt data range are included in the expense reports.
4. Airport codes are automatically entered in the To/From fields within ExpenseCloud when matched with the transaction.
